You choose 10, 15 or 20 minutes. The 15-minute format covers every stage of a first-round interview: introduction, motivation, experience, a practical scenario, tough questions and your own questions. Your report is usually ready less than a minute after the conversation ends.

It extracts the text from your documents (PDF, DOCX or PPTX) to prepare precise questions about your experience, your dates and the job's responsibilities, and to check that your answers are consistent. Vocaway does not train any model on your documents and asks Mistral AI not to use them to train its models.

It follows the structure of a real first-round interview and draws on your CV and the job posting, so no two interviews are ever the same. It follows up when you stay vague, raises the tough questions and stays within the law: no questions about your age, family situation, health or origins.

Yes. After each interview, you can view your report online or download it as a PDF to track your progress or share it with a career advisor, tutor or coach.

Each interview always costs 1 credit: voice conversation, analysis of your CV, the job posting and your cover letter by Mistral AI, and full report. The length you choose (10, 15 or 20 minutes), the number of documents you upload and the options (under-pressure recruiter, interview in a language other than your account language) make no difference to the price.

No. Credits purchased through our credit packs (Essential, Intensive, Career) never expire. They remain available on your account until you use them, even months later. Only the credits offered at sign-up expire, 7 days after the account is created.

All transactions are encrypted and processed by our payment provider Stripe. An invoice is generated automatically with every payment and remains available in your settings. As Vocaway is covered by the French VAT exemption scheme for small businesses, invoices bear the statement “TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI” (VAT not applicable): the displayed price is the total price, with no VAT charged.

A computer (recommended) or a recent smartphone with a working microphone and a stable internet connection is all you need. On a smartphone, preferably use a headset, keep the screen on and stay on the page for the whole interview (no calls or app switching). The analysis is based solely on your voice and the content of your answers: no camera is required.

They stay in your history for as long as you want: the transcript and report of each interview let you track your progress. You can delete an interview at any time from your history or from its report: everything is permanently erased. Vocaway does not train any model on your interviews and asks Mistral AI not to use your content to train its models.

Vocaway works on recent versions of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Brave and Safari. Just remember to allow microphone access during your first session.
